ensemble that is designed to fulfill the ensemble <strong>requirements</strong> <strong>for</strong> music majors and/or serve as a personal enrichment course <strong>for</strong> a qualified<br />

non-major. This group of mixed voices per<strong>for</strong>ms music from a variety of periods and styles. This course may be repeated <strong>for</strong> additional credit.<br />

functional keyboard skills that will enable students to cope with practical situations at the keyboard including sight reading, harmonization,<br />

Prerequisite: Grade of “C” or higher in MUS 1002 Music Fundamentals, or passing score on Theory Placement Exam. Co-requisite: concurrently enrolled<br />

in MUS 1503 Harmony I. Offered in the fall semester. Ear Training I is designed to develop and improve aural skills and general musicality. It will<br />

closely parallel concepts and skills learned in MUS 1503 Harmony I. (GE)
