Running a Fixed Asset Manager Report<br />

To run a report using the Fixed Asset Manager:<br />

1. From the Home window, select Reports > Fixed Asset Manager. The Fixed<br />

Asset Manager dialog box has drop lists for report types, reporting options, and<br />

sorting options (Figure 12-8).<br />

2. Select a report type. (See Table 12-3 for available report types.)<br />

3. Select a tracking format. Options are:<br />

• Federal — Tracks federal depreciation methods<br />

• State — Tracks state depreciation methods<br />

• Alternative — Tracks alternative depreciation methods<br />

• Book — Tracks depreciation using book method<br />
