set on 4562 screens).
List of assets placed in service after
1986
Report based on the macro setup for
each client selected. Reports can comprise
any of the described reports and
any valid options associated with them.

Running a Fixed Asset Manager Report
To run a report using the Fixed Asset Manager:
1. From the Home window, select Reports > Fixed Asset Manager. The Fixed
Asset Manager dialog box has drop lists for report types, reporting options, and
sorting options (Figure 12-8).

2. Select a report type. (See Table 12-3 for available report types.)
3. Select a tracking format. Options are:
• Federal — Tracks federal depreciation methods
• State — Tracks state depreciation methods
• Alternative — Tracks alternative depreciation methods
• Book — Tracks depreciation using book method
