GENERAL SCHOLARSHIPS<br />
The June Carol and Richard A. Anderson Endowed<br />
Scholarship Fund<br />
An endowment fund provided by Mrs. June Carol Anderson to provide<br />
tuition assistance for male Th.M. students who plan to enter pulpit<br />
ministry and have financial need.<br />
The Joseph and Elizabeth Armfield Scholarship Fund<br />
An endowment fund for tuition assistance provided by Elizabeth<br />
Armfield in loving memory of her husband, Joseph Armfield.<br />
The Dorothy J. Austin Fund<br />
An endowment fund, established by the family in her honor, providing<br />
tuition assistance to a male student in the Th.M. (third or fourth year)<br />
or Ph.D. program.<br />
The Joseph Waymon Beaton Scholarship Fund<br />
An endowment fund, established in loving memory by his daughter, to<br />
provide tuition assistance for students who plan to do mission work in<br />
the United States or abroad.<br />
The William H. Biesel Scholarship Fund<br />
A fund for tuition assistance provided by the Biesel family in memory of<br />
William H. Biesel.<br />
The John H. Billman Scholarship Fund<br />
An endowment fund established by Dr. and Mrs. John H. Billman for<br />
tuition assistance.<br />
The William F. Billman Scholarship Fund<br />
An endowment fund for tuition assistance provided by Dr. and Mrs.<br />
John H. Billman in honor of their son, Dr. William F. Billman.<br />
The Binion-Hart Financial Assistance Fund<br />
A fund established by Dr. and Mrs. Warren W. Binion in loving memory<br />
of their devout Christian grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. Warren T. Binion<br />
Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Sidney Hart.<br />
The Chaplain Bill Bryan Scholarship Fund<br />
A fund in honor of Chaplain Bill Bryan for his commitment to pastoral<br />
ministry and for his service to the <strong>Seminary</strong> community. The award<br />
will provide tuition assistance for students who are being trained or<br />
mentored by Chaplain Bill and who desire to serve the <strong>Seminary</strong> in<br />
areas related to pastoral care.<br />
The Gordon B. Buckley Scholarship Fund<br />
An endowment fund for tuition assistance provided in loving memory<br />
by family and friends.<br />
The Amy Burgess Scholarship Fund<br />
An endowment fund established by her family in memory of Amy<br />
Burgess, a <strong>Dallas</strong> <strong>Theological</strong> <strong>Seminary</strong> student who died of a rare<br />
disease, to provide tuition assistance for a needy, woman student.<br />
The Dennis W. Burton Fund<br />
An endowment fund established by Mr. Dennis W. Burton for<br />
tuition assistance.<br />
The Byrd Achievement in Leadership Scholarship Fund<br />
A fund provided by Harold Byrd Jr. as tuition scholarships for four<br />
students each year who have shown exemplary leadership skills.<br />
The Bea Campbell Scholarship Fund<br />
A fund provided by Dr. Donald K. Campbell and friends in loving<br />
memory of his first wife, Bea Campbell, for tuition assistance.<br />
