A detailed description of engineered controls (e.g. interlocks and physical barriers) and administrative controls (e.g. training) implemented to eliminate, control, or mitigate risks associated with the operation. The set of physical and administrative bounding conditions for safe operations, based on the safety analysis documented in the SAR.
