Medical cyclotron : Description of general layout, details of buildings,<br />

pressure vessels, vacuum system, Radio frequency<br />

system, Magnetic field, beam injection, acceleration,<br />

transport and target system including their<br />

design, construction and testing and quality<br />

assurance manual for the equipment.<br />

Synthesis and<br />

dispensing units<br />

: Name and address of the manufacturer and<br />

supplier, make and model of the synthesis and<br />

dispensing unit, maximum activity to be handled,<br />

material and thickness of shielding.<br />

Biological shield - Final sketch giving details of shielding wall<br />

surrounding the source, wall thickness, labyrinth<br />

access, openings, voids, reinforcements, embedment<br />

etc. in the biological shield. Method of<br />

shielding calculation and the dose limits followed<br />
