that had been set up in the foregoing General
Council meeting for handling the
Williams and Amherst cases. Brother
Housser, along with O. J. Tallman,
P.P.G.C, had participated in the General
Couricil discussions which resulted in the
precedure that has since been outlined in
complete detail to the full membership of
the Fraternity through a special issue of
The Palladium.
All other business of the conference was
conducted through the panel discussion
method, and although space limitations
prohibit full reports of these splendid
panels, an outline of the program and the
participants will convey to the reader something
of the scope covered.
