Channel] The portion of each such geodesic situated beyond three nautical miles<br />

Sewage Means human body wastes and other wastes from toilets and other receptacles<br />
intended to receive or retain human body waste, even if it is stored in a ballast<br />
tank or other holding area on the vessel that may not be customarily used to<br />
store sewage.<br />
Sheen An iridescent appearance on the water surface.<br />
