Housing rehab or weatherization service, including
minor repairs. Safety issues regarding venting,
stove and furnace repair are also addressed. High
priority needs for the elderly, the disabled, and for
small children.

The Down Payment Assistance Program provides
a $5,000 grant to assist with down payment
needs. It is structured as a loan, but if the person
stays in the home for five years, it becomes a
grant.

This organization develops new homes through
the self-help (sweat equity) method.
In addition, it helps existing home owners to
obtain grants and loans to repair, renovate or
replace existing homes that are substandard or
unsafe.
It also provides affordable rental apartments for
various special populations.
