The program serves infants and toddlers through
36 months, who are developmentally delayed or
are “at risk” for delay.
Services include speech and motor therapies,
developmental intervention, transportation to
center-based services, service coordination,
parent education, assistive technology lending
library, information/referral, and respite care.
The child must be a resident of New Mexico and
meet one of the following:
< child is developing differently from other
children their age;
< child has a condition that can lead to a
delay in development;
< child has a medical or biological event that
may result in a delay in development; or
< there are other factors in the child’s life
that may affect development.
Coverage is provided through Medicaid or special
waivers; a sliding scale is also available.
Hours of the site vary by client need.
Language Services: English and Spanish.
