Services provided to individuals with<br />
developmental disabilities: Vocational<br />
assessment, employment preparation workshops,<br />
computer literacy, job retention skills, on-the-job<br />
training, weekly client contact, and crisis<br />
intervention.<br />

adjustment; case management; Senior<br />

services, and Training services regarding<br />

Individuals applying for intensive and training<br />
services must meet all <strong>of</strong> the following<br />
requirements for program participation:<br />
< Must be 18 years or older.<br />
< Must be living <strong>of</strong>f the reservation and<br />
residing in the urban and surrounding<br />
areas <strong>of</strong> Albuquerque, Gallup and<br />
Farmington.<br />
< Must provide pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> Native American<br />
Ancestry.<br />
< Must be unemployed, underemployed, or<br />
economially disadvantaged (low income).<br />
