Services <strong>of</strong>fered are determined by site and<br />
include outpatient for mental health, and<br />
substance abuse, psychiatric and nursing<br />
services, case management, psychosocial<br />
rehabilitation, transitional living, and child and<br />
adolescent services.<br />
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR) is a<br />
service that works with adults diagnosed with<br />
severely disabling mental illness. This program is<br />
structured as an integrated clubhouse; classes<br />
include Basic Living Skills, Psychosocial Skills, and<br />
Therapeutic Socialization.<br />
Open Monday-Thursday, 9 AM-3 PM; and Friday 9<br />
AM-1:30 PM.<br />
Transitional Living Program (TLP) is a 24-hour<br />
residential treatment program designed to teach<br />
clients the skills necessary to live in the<br />
community in an independent or supported<br />
setting. It is a voluntary, 18-month program that<br />
serves adults over 18 years <strong>of</strong> age with severe<br />
mental disorders. The program also <strong>of</strong>fers lifeskills<br />
training, resident empowerment groups,<br />
employment and educational support, recreation,<br />
and a safe environment in which to reside.<br />
Various insurance plans are accepted, and sliding<br />
scale fees are available.<br />
Language Services: English and Spanish.<br />

Specialists in community mental health services;<br />
adult psychiatric services; forensic evaluations<br />
and treatment; and adolescent and adult sex<br />
<strong>of</strong>fender treatment<br />
Open Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.<br />

Provides outpatient services, DWI classes, mental<br />
health services, substance abuse treatment, and<br />
counseling.<br />
