Program connects homeless, school-aged (pre-K<br />

thru 12th grades) children; and children in<br />

transitional housing situations to schools.<br />

Enrollment assistance, clothing bank, special<br />

education referrals, transportation assistance,<br />

after-school tutoring, summer school program,<br />

career exploration for middle school students, and<br />

school supplies.<br />

*Ex-<strong>of</strong>fenders/juvenile <strong>of</strong>fenders welcome, must<br />

be homeless. Program connects homeless,<br />

school-aged children and children in transitional<br />

housing situations to schools.<br />

Tutoring and small group instruction in Basic<br />

Literacy and Computer Skills for individuals with<br />

developmental disabilities.<br />

*Ex-<strong>of</strong>fenders welcome, will be evaluated on a<br />

case-by-case basis. Must have a disability. Will<br />

accept DD Waiver, TANF, DVR referral, or private<br />

pay.<br />

Free tutoring program for students ages 6-14.<br />

Also <strong>of</strong>fers family support. Serves East Mountain<br />

Area, Paradise Hills, North and South Valley.<br />

*Juvenile <strong>of</strong>fenders welcome.<br />

Receive counseling about educational<br />

opportunities at Central New Mexico Community<br />

College, including adult basic education, financial<br />

aid, support services for single parents, displaced<br />

homemakers, pregnant women, low-income<br />

persons, and those with limited English language<br />

skills.<br />
