mountain bikes, jump ropes; and health<br />
education/health promotion materials.<br />

diseases and sexually transmitted diseases; and<br />
Children’s Medical Services (CMS), which provide<br />
specialty clinics for children 0-21 years <strong>of</strong> age<br />
with chronic medical conditions.<br />
In addition, the site <strong>of</strong>fers Special Supplemental<br />
Nutritional Program (WIC).<br />
