* Access to Cariño's Family <strong>Resource</strong> Libraries.<br />

* Training opportunities;<br />

* Information regarding licensing/regulatory<br />

* Information about accreditation; and<br />

management for program participants;<br />

partnerships between family and staff to achieve<br />

personal and family goals; home visits; and<br />
