This site <strong>of</strong>fers the Clinical and Preventive<br />
Services (CAPS), which provide family planning<br />
services, immunizations, and screening for the<br />
prevention and early detection <strong>of</strong> infectious<br />
diseases and sexually transmitted diseases; and<br />
Children’s Medical Services (CMS), which provide<br />
specialty clinics for children 0-21 years <strong>of</strong> age<br />
with chronic medical conditions.<br />
In addition, the site <strong>of</strong>fers Special Supplemental<br />
Nutritional Program (WIC).<br />
Open Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.<br />
Language Services: English and Spanish<br />
*Ex-<strong>of</strong>fenders welcome.<br />
