The Group Homes provide 24-hour structured
therapeutic environments for adolescents
between the age of 13-18 who meet Medicaid
standards for residential care.
Group Home services include community- based
school programming, on-site clinical services,
consulting and training. In accordance with the
resident’s individual treatment plans, provision is
made for access to psychiatric care and to
community resources such as recreational,
educational, and social services.
Individuals must meet Medicaid standards for
residential care and must be referred by a social
service provider.
Open 24 hours.
Language Services: English and Spanish.
