Yucca Lodge is a Chemical Dependency Treatment<br />
Center located on the campus <strong>of</strong> Fort Bayard<br />
Medical Center.<br />
The center is a facility providing healthcare<br />
services to individuals needing long-term care,<br />
short-term rehabilitation, chemical dependency<br />
treatment services, outpatient therapy or case<br />
management services.<br />
Residential short-term treatment <strong>of</strong> 30 days or<br />
less is <strong>of</strong>fered.<br />
Office open Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5:30 PM.<br />
*Ex-<strong>of</strong>fenders welcome.<br />
Substance abuse treatment services and<br />
detoxification. Outpatient, plus residential shortterm<br />
treatment (30 days or less), and residential<br />
long-term treatment (more than 30 days).<br />
Special Language Services: Navajo<br />

open 24 hours.<br />
