The program presently serves preschool children
(3 to 5 years old), and their families who meet
poverty guidelines, by operating classes four days
a week from mid August through mid May.
Head Start I Hours Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-
11:30 AM, and 12:30 PM-4 PM.
Head Start II Hours Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-
11:30 AM, and Noon-4 PM.
Head Start III Hours Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-
11:30 AM, and 12:30 PM-4 PM.
Head Start IV Hours Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-
5 PM.
Language Services: English and Spanish.

To assist with the cost of child care in public and
private child care centers or private family child
care; homes for low-income families in situations
where the parent(s) are working, in school, or in a
training program.
All child care providers must also be at least 18
years of age, and not an immediate household
member.
Priority is given to teen parents, under the age of
20, who are still in high school.

The CSED is a Division of the State of New Mexico
Government Offices. The primary service of the
bureau is to enforce the payment of child support.
