2.8 Consent/Approval<br />
2.8.1 Type Approval <strong>for</strong> Source(s), Equipment, Devices and Packages<br />
A Consent in the <strong>for</strong>m of type approval shall be necessary <strong>for</strong>:<br />

sealed sources, radiation generating equipment and equipment<br />
containing radioactive sources <strong>for</strong> the purposes of manufacture and<br />
supply;<br />
