The AZ Series cabins, designed and built with a completely
innovative structure have asserted themselves as being
synonymous with “total safety”. The construction characteristics
were carefully researched from the technical and functional
standpoints, to guarantee the greatest possible
degree of robustness, security, modularity and aesthetic
finishing – all of which are indispensable requirements today
in order to respond to national and international market
demands. The AZ Series cabinets are equipped with a perimeter
frame with structural sections in 2 mm thick sheet
steel, with eight bends and closing panels on all surfaces
(side, top and bottom) which guarantee easy accessibility of
equipment housed inside the cabinet and total protection
from water and dust. The completely robot-welded structural
sections confer precision, robustness and simplicity,
which are evident, above all, in coupling several modules.
The painting cycle is performed by continuous cycle plants,
following degreasing, phosphation with iron phosphates and
rinsing. The pieces are then kiln-dried, after which the painting
is performed by robots in automatic cabins and finished
manually in the most difficult points. Thermal hardening
epoxy polyester type powders are used for the painting.
The totally automatic production cycle guarantees the
utmost homogeneity and constant quality over the long
term.
