AZ Series – IP 55 Modular Cabinets
Galvanised internal plate for assembly of equipment in
25/10 thick sheet steel, equipped with double border for
reinforcement along the entire perimeter. On request the
cabinet is equipped with slides to facilitate the insertion of
an internal plate. Squares for attachment and adjustment of
the interior plate are also provided.
The reversible hinged front door has an angle of aperture of
120° (which may be increased to 180° on request); it is
built from 20/10 thick sheet steel and has a gasket around
the perimeter that adapts perfectly to the structure. The
door also has an inner perforated frame to facilitate attachment
of the cabling raceways and other accessories, thus
also conferring greater rigidity. The lever bolt closure
system is situated outside the airtight area, with 4 attachment
points (any type of handle is available on request).
Copper coated M6 screws are provided for the earth connection,
applied on all removable parts, including the door,
which guarantee electrical continuity throughout the structure.
The 100 mm H base with side, front and rear flanges permits
easy communication between modules or input of
cables. Painting is realised with RAL 9005 black paint. A
200 mm H base or a closed floor base can be supplied.
Painting of the cabinets is in RAL 7032 grey. Any type of
powder painting can be performed on short notice. All of the
cabinets are equipped with a vast assortment of accessories
in order to obtain maximum modularity and flexibility.
VARIANTS OF THE AZ SERIES FOR OTHER CABINET CONFIGURA-
TIONS
AZB – Blind external door;
AZV – Cabinet with double door: blind inner door and transparent
outer door;
AZD – Modular cabinet with transparent external door and
internal kit for modular panels;
AZR – Rack cabinet, 19” Rack panels with swivel frame and
transparent external door;
AZN – Computer column: upper door with window, keyboard
drawer and lower blind door;
AXL – Cabinet with console: blind upper and lower doors,
central console and rear door.
An important feature that cannot be neglected is that all versions
of the cabinet ordered are delivered completely assembled.
Blind doors may also be supplied with bores (on request).
