Medspiration MED-SOC-RS-001_1 System Requirements Document Issue F SR.INT.ARC.0020/I The L2P products shall be delivered to IFREMER by CMS with respect to the protocol requirements defined for the dataflow control subsystem of the system controller (refer to section 1.4.1). SR.INT.ARC.0030/I The L2P products delivered by CMS shall be formatted as specified in annex 1 (“L2P product format”). The L2P files are sent in their final (GHRSST-PP) format. It is assumed by IFREMER that they are complete and well formatted when successfully received. 4.1.3 Interfaces between archiving and dissemination systems SR.INT.DIS.0010/I The ftp push/pull system shall be interfaced with the archiving system to access online L2P and L4 products. SR.INT.DIS.0020/I The DODS server shall be interfaced with the archiving system to access online L2P and L4 products. This interface is described in DODS user manual v1.11 (http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/dods/user/guide-html/). SR.INT.DIS.0030/I The Live Access Server (LAS) shall be interfaced with the archiving system to access online L4 products. This interface is LAS documentation (http://ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/Ferret/LAS/Documentation/). 4.1.4 Interfaces between archiving and MDB generation systems SR.INT.MDB.0010/I The MDB records production system shall be interfaced with the archiving system, retrieving the L2P data files needed for the generation of the MDB records. 4.1.5 Interfaces between archiving and L4 generation system SR.INT.L4A.0010/I The UHR/L4 production system shall be interfaced with the archiving system, retrieving the L2P data files needed for the generation of the UHR/L4 products and delivering the generated UHR/L4 products. SR.INT.L4A.0020/I This data exchange shall aim minimizing useless data copy, using direct access to data storage disks, taking advantage of the colocation of both systems on IFREMER local network. SR.INT.L4A.0030/I It is the responsibility of the archiving system to provide a list of all L2P and ancillary products eligible for the UHR/L4 product generation, depending on © 2004 SOC Page 61 of 193
