SR.EXT.CTR.0530/I Each error message shall be delivered to the GHRSST-PP error log<br />
system through ftp.<br />
It is stated in GDS that email shall be used for the delivery. We suggest to use ftp instead<br />
since it provides better control on delivery checking and delays, and for consistency with<br />
delivery of MDB records and MMR-FR.<br />
4.2.7 <strong>User</strong> interfaces<br />
SR.EXT.DIS.0010/I <strong>User</strong>s shall access to the DODS server for L2P, L4 (IFREMER) or<br />
HR-DDS (SOC) product subsetting and download using a DODS client (available on<br />
DODS web site, at http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/dods/) or using a web form<br />
which shall be available with each server (at SOC and IFREMER). The web form comes<br />
with the DODS installation package.<br />
SR.EXT.DIS.0020/I <strong>User</strong>s shall access to the Live Access Server for L4 product<br />
subsetting and download using a web interface available with the IFREMER LAS<br />
installation.<br />
SR.EXT.DIS.0030/I <strong>User</strong>s shall be able to download L2P and L4 products from the<br />
IFREMER ftp site using a standard ftp client.<br />
SR.EXT.DIS.0040/I Ftp push from IFREMER to operational users shall be possible.<br />
<strong>User</strong>s shall register by email to the <strong>Medspiration</strong> help desk providing an ftp server<br />
address with write permission. The products shall be pushed following the protocol<br />
defined in section 1.4.1.<br />
4.2.8 DDS external interfaces<br />
SR.EXT.DDS.0010/I There shall be an ftp interface between SOC and ESA for the<br />
movement of ATS_NR__2P files.<br />
SR.EXT.DDS.0020/I There shall be an interface between SOC and GHRSST-PP for<br />
the movements of ATS_NR__2P files.<br />
SR.EXT.DDS.0030/I There shall be an open interface between SOC and the Internet<br />
for the movement of HR-DDS data via DODS.<br />
SR.EXT.DDS.0040/I There shall be an open interface between SOC and GHRSST-<br />
PP for the movement of HR-DDS data via sftp.<br />
