Two"model"questionnaires"are"set"out"in"the"appendices"to"this"report;"a"short]<br />
form" and" a" long]form" questionnaire." As" indicated" above," the" short]form" model"<br />
questionnaire"is"intended"to"provide"an"example"of"a"basic"‘no"frills’"survey,"or"<br />
developmental" survey" to" test" core" questions," while" the" long]form" model"<br />
questionnaire" has" been" designed" to" provide" a" broad" range" of" questions" and"<br />
question"modules"likely"to"be"of"interest"to"sponsors"of"legal"need"type"surveys"<br />
focused"on"businesses."<strong>The</strong>"long]form"questionnaire"is"not"intended"to"represent"<br />
the"optimal"survey,"although"were"it"to"be"implemented"in"full,"it"would"provide"a"<br />
comprehensive" dataset" for" exploring" justiciable" problem" experience" and" the"<br />
factors" that" lie" behind" different" approaches" to" legal" risk" management," use" of"<br />
legal"services"in"non]contentious"matters,"problem"experience"and"responses"to"<br />
