6 killing our planet <strong>for</strong> over a hundred years while<br />

7 promoting jobs and economy, and I want to remind you<br />

8 <strong>the</strong>re are no jobs and no economy on a dead planet.<br />

17 ancestors, <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> protection of sacred sites, and <strong>for</strong><br />

18 <strong>the</strong> rights of indigenous peoples.<br />

19 The proposed GPT project poses high risk<br />

20 areas to Coast Salish Seas' sacred watersheds, and<br />

21 <strong>the</strong>y have <strong>the</strong> highest probability of an oil spill<br />

22 associated with <strong>the</strong>m.<br />

23 I request a comprehensive risk assessment to<br />

24 include: Marine mammals; marine birds; salmonids;<br />

25 herrings; eulachon; and tanker risks.<br />
