19 The proposed GPT project poses high risk<br />
20 areas to Coast Salish Seas' sacred watersheds, and<br />
21 <strong>the</strong>y have <strong>the</strong> highest probability of an oil spill<br />
22 associated with <strong>the</strong>m.<br />
23 I request a comprehensive risk assessment to<br />
24 include: Marine mammals; marine birds; salmonids;<br />
25 herrings; eulachon; and tanker risks.<br />
