1 JAI BOREEN: It's hard to brea<strong>the</strong> when you<br />
2 can't catch your breath. This coal port promises a slow<br />
3 choking death. We best not believe <strong>the</strong>ir fatuous lies<br />
4 that a few jobs now are worth our children's lives.<br />
5 It's hard to believe that it's need and not greed<br />
6 that's driving this train. Sending ships out to sea,<br />
7 dark freighters to China with our coal to burn, foul air<br />
8 and toxic waters will be our return.<br />
9 We're here at this meeting with hopes to be heard by<br />
10 politicians and bureaucrats who will respect our words,<br />
11 will listen to reason, learn from <strong>the</strong> past. Look to <strong>the</strong><br />
12 future, against <strong>the</strong> coal port stand fast.<br />
