8 While I recognize that this is not our<br />
9 jurisdictional authority to be involved in <strong>the</strong><br />
10 decision here, and we respect your responsibility, I<br />
11 hope that you respect our need to protect our very<br />
12 fragile economy and environment and take <strong>the</strong> comments<br />
13 that you hear from <strong>the</strong> residents very seriously in <strong>the</strong><br />

18 Main stream media has made us aware of<br />
19 business constructs that were supposedly "too big to<br />
20 fail," and similarly, <strong>the</strong> Union of Concerned<br />
21 Scientists has released studies that <strong>the</strong> supportive<br />
22 environment of <strong>the</strong> planet is not "too big to fail"<br />
23 ei<strong>the</strong>r.<br />
24 Contrary to mass media hustle, <strong>the</strong>se<br />
25 scientists are not getting filthy rich from<br />
