Heavy Duty Combi Unit
Fixture Specification:
This Heavy Duty Combination Toilet/Lavatory is designed for areas requiring
the utmost in vandal resistance. The fixture is fabricated from heavy 14
gauge type 304 18-10 stainless steel and is designed to withstand loads of
5000lbs (2267kg) without permanent damage. The cabinet and drawn
bowls are seamlessly welded and are polished to a satin finish. The toilet
seat is polished to a sanitary mirror finish. Internal piping is also 14 gauge
type 304 18-10 stainless steel.

Toilet
Elongated design blow out jet bowl. The toilet requires a minimum of 35 PSI
flow pressure. The toilet was tested and certified as a low water consumption
toilet using 1.6gpf (6 litres). The trap will pass a 2 1/8" ball and has a seal
of 3.5" min. The waste outlet extends a minimum of 3" behind the fixture
and has a plain end OD of 2 3/8".
The entire fixture is tested and certified to:
ASME A112.19.2-2008/CSA B45.1-08 standards.
Installation:
These fixtures are designed to be installed onto finished walls which
are serviceable from a pipe chase. Installation is achieved by threading six 1/2"
(13mm) diameter threaded anchor rods to the back of the fixture. The anchor
rods are then secured on the chase side of the wall by means of the supplied nuts
and washers. (Standard included hardware is for walls up to 8" (20cm) thick).
For existing walls, an optional metal cutout template is available. For new
block (CMU) or poured concrete walls, an optional wall sleeve is available.
Available Controls:
The basin is controlled with an air-operated self closing valve with a non-hold
open feature. Flow time is adjustable from approximately 5 to 60 seconds and
has a flow rate of 0.5gpm (1.9 lpm). The valve is operated by a vandal resistant
push button which requires less than 5lbs to operate. The valve can be mounted
up to 10 feet (3 meters) away from the push button. Valve conforms to the
requirements of ASME A112.18.1-2005/CSA B125.1-05. See basin valve
