Heavy Duty Wall Service Sink<br />
Fixture Specification:<br />
This Heavy Duty Wall Service Sink is designed for areas requiring the utmost<br />
in vandal resistance. The fixture is fabricated from heavy 14 gauge type 304<br />
18-10 stainless steel. It is seamlessly welded and polished to a satin finish.<br />
Standard waste is a 2 3/8” OD Plain End Elbow.<br />

The fixture is tested and certified to:<br />
ASME A112.19.3-2008/CSA B45.4-08 standards.<br />
Installation:<br />
These fixtures are designed to be installed onto finished walls which are<br />
serviceable from a pipe chase. Installation is achieved by threading (6) 1/2”<br />
(13mm) diameter anchor rods to the back of the fixture. The anchor rods are<br />
then secured on the chase side of the wall with supplied hardware. For<br />
existing walls, an optional metal cutout template is available. For new<br />
block (CMU) or poured concrete walls, an optional wall sleeve is available.<br />
(Standard included hardware is for walls up to 8" (20cm) thick).<br />
Available Controls:<br />
The basin is controlled with an air-operated self closing valve with a non-hold<br />
open feature. Flow time is adjustable from approximately 5 to 60 seconds<br />
which has a flow rate of 2.2 gpm (8.3 lpm). The valve is operated by a vandal<br />
resistant push button which requires less than 5lbs to operate. The valve can<br />
be mounted up to 10 feet (3meters) away from the push button. Valve<br />
conforms to the requirements of ASME A112.18.1-2005/CSA B125.1-05. See<br />
basin valve options for available configurations.<br />
