Impactsrelating to CO “hotspots” are thereforeconsidered Class III, less thansignificant.BIOLOGICAL RESOURCESImpact BIO-1 The Project wouldlargely avoid impacts to riparian andwetland habitats by emphasizingpreservation of the existing naturalhabitats and restoration of those areasthat have been previously altered byhuman impacts.
