The Project also allows for amix of residential and retail uses including some live-workopportunities that would cut down on vehicular trips. The ProjectArea would have readily available access to SR 126, therebyimproving the efficiency of goods movement. The Project isdesigned to interconnect six distinct neighborhoods in the <strong>Wells</strong>-5-19<strong>City</strong> of <strong>Ventura</strong>
