Agricultural/Urban Interface Issues. Large agricultural parcels abut urban landuses, including residences and schools, in portions of the Project Area. The gradualdevelopment in the <strong>Saticoy</strong> and <strong>Wells</strong> communities in the past has created a variety of potentialconflicts for both growers and urban interests. Areas of potential conflict are primarily in theNortheast and Northwest neighborhoods, where housing tracts and other urban uses arelocated immediately adjacent to agricultural parcels. This land use pattern also occurs to alesser degree in portions of the East neighborhood and the Southeast neighborhoodneighborhoods.
