Existing agricultural lands wouldremain in their present state with the exception of the UC Hansen and <strong>Saticoy</strong> Village Specific<strong>Plan</strong> properties, which would be developed according to their Specific <strong>Plan</strong> regulating land useplans. Currently there are about 300 acres of agricultural lands within the Project Area. Thisalternative would preserve about 173 of these acres, based on 127 of the 300 acres being part ofSpecific <strong>Plan</strong>s.
