The <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> goals are developed in conjunction with themodel provided by the General <strong>Plan</strong>. The <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> incorporates the same chapterformat of the General <strong>Plan</strong> to provide for a clearer statement of its goals and policies.
