IntroductionThis document presents the strategy for the second phase (2011-2013) of a multi-annual collaborationprogramme agreed between The Ministry of Education of Kenya and VVOB for the period 2008 –2013. The strategy is developed in the framework of an intense collaboration between the Ministry ofEducation and the education development partners for the planning and implementation of the KenyaEducation Sector Support Programme (KESSP I and II), to which VVOB offers specific contributions.
