By8 implication it's linking my client into a Sterling transaction. And I think9 that's what's causing the confusion here.15:22:331011 I think if it was simply that this had no relationship to a Sterling12 transaction I think that would be a different issue. But my client has no13 recollection and has said that she did not deal with Sterling at all.
