No one really teaches them the techniques and the specializedtraining for each position.” When he goes home, Parys spendstime working out at his old high school and his middle school, takingtime to show the students everything it takes to be successful. “Youcan see how excited the kids get when I walk in. I know that they lookup to me and I take that responsibility seriously.
