On the Numeric Panel, you can set the subdivision level (forsmoother or less smooth curves), create a closed curve, anddelete the last tangent point.Chapter 3: Create Tab 99Spline Draw ToolThe Spline Draw tool (Create > Curves: Spline Draw) is simplya tool for making spline curves.To use the tool, just click and move points. Clicking off the curveadds new points to the end.Open CurveClosed CurveIts Numeric Panel offers options for making control points,discussed later, and deleting the last point from the curve.Changing the Curve Points value will resample the curve intomore segments. Note that resampling the curve can change itsshape, particularly if the number is incremented gradually, as isthe case with the mini-slider. If you want a more refined curvethat accurately matches the one you have drawn, enter the newnumber directly into the field to avoid the intermediate curves.Creating from PointsYou can also create curves from points in a similar manner tocreating polygons.To create a curve:Step 1: Create a few points.
