John James McKay, III died on May 5, 1932 in Macon, Georgia andwas buried there in the Riverside Cemetery. For many years, John McKay, Jr.was an executive with the Bibb Manufacturing Company in Macon. After hisretirement, he became a local leader in historic preservation and a founder of theMiddle Georgia Historical Society. Lucy was born on October 2, 1958 inAthens, Georgia and is the daughter of Lothar Leo Tresp and Lucy Elizabeth(Nickerson) Tresp.
