CartwrightMr. A. HorsmanTHAT the prices for the sale <strong>of</strong> city-owned land within theHanlon Creek Business Park Phase 1, as attached to theOctober 9, <strong>2012</strong> report entitled ‘Prices for the Sale <strong>of</strong> <strong>City</strong>-Owned Land – Hanlon Creek Business Park Phase 1’, beapproved;AND THAT the General Manager <strong>of</strong> Economic Developmentreport back to Committee/<strong>Council</strong> on an annual basis toreview and establish prices for the sale <strong>of</strong> city-owned landwithin the Hanlon Creek Business Park Phase 1 for eachsubsequent year;AND THAT the city pay real estate commissions tobrokers/realtors who have introduced and registered theirclient with the Economic Development Office, in the totalamount <strong>of</strong> up to 5% <strong>of</strong> the total purchase price plus HSTon the commission, from the proceeds <strong>of</strong> the sale onclosing.c) Amending Agreement to a DevelopmentCharge Early Payment Agreement – WurthCanada Limited, Hanlon Creek Business ParkMr. A. CartwrightTHAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute anAmending Agreement to a Development Charge EarlyPayment Agreement between the Corporation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong><strong>of</strong> <strong>Guelph</strong> and Wurth Canada Limited, for the landsdescribed as all <strong>of</strong> Block 9, Registered Plan 61M-169 inthe Hanlon Creek Business Park, as outlined in the report<strong>of</strong> the General Manager <strong>of</strong> Economic Development datedOctober 9, <strong>2012</strong>.
