The property is zoned Central Business District, CBD 1-7 in the Zoning BylawNo. (1995)-14864. The Sign By-law No. (1996)-15245 in Table 1, Row 1restricts building sign placement to the first storey on a building face. Additionally,in the CBD, signage is permitted on the second or third storey elevations with onlyindividual letters or symbols and no lighting.
