After considering the risks and benefits of doing so, staff recommend the riskbe accepted and buses rerouted accordingly.Purpose of Report:To advise the Committee of staff action following the Council resolution dated October22 nd , 2012 regarding transit service to Upper Wyndham Street.Committee Action:To recommend the introduction of transit service to upper Wyndham Street.RECOMMENDATIONTHAT the Operations, Transit & Emergency Services Committee report #OT111249,Guelph Transit – Downtown Service dated November 19 th , 2012 be received;AND THAT Guelph Transit introduce service to upper Wyndham Street as outlined inOTES report #OT111249.BACKGROUNDCommittee will recall the issue of limited transit service to upper Wyndham Streetas discussed at its last meeting of October 15 th and at the Council meeting ofOctober 22 nd .
