The comments referenceda request that a stronger tree removal by-law be enactedand that the <strong>City</strong> adopt strict guidelines for the removaland protection <strong>of</strong> trees on construction sites.Ms. Judy Martin stated that the urban forest managementplan is important and should be approved and funded.She expressed concern that the plan fails to recognize the
