5-12 Communicating with DeviceNet from Another NetworkConfiguring the DeviceNet Pass-Through DriverBefore you can communicate with the 1771-SDN module via theEthernet network, you must configure the DeviceNet pass-throughdriver (1771-SDNPT). RSLinx, version 2.10 or higher, is required.Connect your 1785-ENET module to your Ethernet network. Thenperform the following steps.1. Start RSLinx.2. From the Communications menu, select Configure Drivers.3. From the list of Available Driver Types select DeviceNet Driversand click on Add/New.Publication 1771-6.5.132 - June 2000
