Ms. No. 856, Personneland Administrative Reforms,dated 14th August 1981.)Commissioner of Labour.Director of Agriculture,Director of AnimalHusbandary.‘Registrar of Co-operativeSocieties.Additional Registrar of CooperativeSocieties (Credit).Full power subject to amaximum of Rs.250 in eachcase.To sanction the acceptanceby Groups A and B andGroups C and D Governmentservants under his control offees in respect of work donein connection withexaminations conducted bythe Government or privatebodies up to a maximum ofRs. 500 in respect of GroupC and D staff and Rs. 1,000in respect of Group A and Bofficers subject to theconditions (I) that if in anycase, the Director refusespermission it should bereported to the Governmentand (2) that the Director issatisfied in all cases that thework will not interfere withnormal work of theGovernment servant.(a) To sanction theacceptance by Officersbelonging to ‘A’ and ‘B’groups, of fees in respect ofwork done in connection withexaminations conducted bythe Universities, Co-operativeTraining institutions and otherEducational Institutionsrecognised by theGovernment.b) To sanction theacceptance by the AdditionalRegistrar of Co-operativeSocieties, of fees andconveyance charges fordelivering lectures at the cooperativetraining institutes orcolleges, co-operativeinstitutions and other bodiesrecognised by theGovernment.To sanction the acceptanceby the Joint Registrar of CooperativeSocieties of feesand conveyance charges fordelivering lectures at the cooperativeTraining Institutes,Colleges, Co-operativeInstitutions and other bodiesrecognised by theGovernment.279
