Ms. No. 221, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR III), dated 7th July 1992.](5) Power to sanctionovertime fees (vide note 2to instruction 4.)(6) Power to sanction theundertaking of privatetuitions and acceptance offees therefor.Commissioner for MilkProduction andLivestock Development.Deputy Commissioner ofExcise.District Educational Officers.Divisional Inspector of SchoolsTo sanction the acceptanceby Groups A and B andGroups C and D Governmentservants under his control offees in respect of work donein connection with theexaminations conducted bythe Universities of otherexamining bodies upto amaximum of Rs.500, in respect of Group Cand D officers and Rs. 1,000in respect of Groups A and Bofficers in each case, subjectto the conditions.—(1) that if in case, theCommissioner for MilkProduction and LivestockDevelopment refusepermission it should bereported to Governmentpromptly; and(2) that the Director issatisfied that the work will notinterfere with normal work ofthe Government servantconcerned.Power to sanction over timefees to Groups C and DGovernment servants underhim to whom the payment ofsuch fee has been authorisedin accordance with the scaleslaid down by theCommissioner of Excise.Power to sanction theacceptance of fees bymembers of teaching staffemployed in Governmentschools for boys upto Rs.100 per term.280
