eceived for the work by thesaid colleges and creditedto the State Funds.(15) Power to sanction thegrant of honoraria in thecase of examinationsconducted by the Board ofExa-minations, Madras.(16) Power to sanction thegrant of honorarium.(17) Powers to sanction theshare of fees of the saleproceeds of skeletons,bones, etc., payable to staffof Anatomy Department.(18) Power to sanction theundertaking of work andacceptance of fees inconnection withexamination held by aDirector of TechnicalEducationPrincipals of Colleges ofEducation.The Deans or the Principals ofthe Medical Colleges.Dean, Agricultural College,Madurai.To employ the staff of theDirectorate for doing work oftabulations of marks, etc., inconnection with the variousexaminations conducted bythe Board of Examination,Madras and to permit them toreceive remuneration inaccordance with the scaleprescribed by theGovernment.To sanction the payment ofhonorarium not exceedingRs. 100 per annum at thelecturers on Health Educationto B.T. students.Power to sanction theallotment of the proportion of90 percent of the saleproceeds of the skeletons,bones, etc., among the staffof the Anatomy Departmentbased on therecommendation of theProfessor of Anatomy. Thedistribution shall be made atthe discretion of theProfessor of Anatomy andthe sanctioning authority isthe Dean or the Principal ofthe Medical College.To sanction the acceptanceby Group A and B and GroupC and D Governmentservants under his control offees in respect of work donein connection withexaminations conducted by aUniversity or other examiningbody or for membership incommittees up to a maximumof Rs.2,000 in respect ofGroup A and B officers andRs. 1,000 in respect ofGroups C and D staff in acalendar year subject to theconditions that in any casethe Dean refuses permissionit should be referred to theDirector of Agriculture for afinal decision and that theDean is satisfied in all suchcases that the work will notinterfere with the normalofficial duties of theGoverment servants.283
