Thedistribution shall be made atthe discretion of theProfessor of Anatomy andthe sanctioning authority isthe Dean or the Principal ofthe Medical College.To sanction the acceptanceby Group A and B and GroupC and D Governmentservants under his control offees in respect of work donein connection withexaminations conducted by aUniversity or other examiningbody or for membership incommittees up to a maximumof Rs.2,000 in respect ofGroup A and B officers andRs. 1,000 in respect ofGroups C and D staff in acalendar year subject to theconditions that in any casethe Dean refuses permissionit should be referred to theDirector of Agriculture for afinal decision and that theDean is satisfied in all suchcases that the work will notinterfere with the normalofficial duties of theGoverment servants.283
