Data is first sent to the R/3 spool and then tothe operating system for printing.There may be problems with the printer at the operating system level. These problems needto be resolved immediately for time-critical print jobs (for example, checks, invoices,shipping documents, etc.) or there may be an operational impact.You should check for active spool jobs that have been running for over an hour. These longrunningjobs could indicate a problem with the operating system spool or the printer.1. In the Command field, enter transaction SP01 and choose Enter(or choose SAP standard menu → Tools→ CCMS→ Spool→ SP01-Output Controller).2. Delete information in Created by.3. Set the Date created field to, forexample a week ago, or to anyother date range to check for otherproblems.The range of data will depend onyour installation.
