The entering and retrieving ofcustomer messages on SAPNet has just become available and is currently in pilot.However, not all OSS functions will be migrated to SAPNet. The opening and use of theSAP service connections for Earlywatch and SAP hotline access to customer systems willremain in OSS or SAPNet–R/3.We recommend that you use SAPNet–Web as your primary SAPNet access method.
