New at SAP is where the messagehas been sent to SAPNet but notpicked up yet by a SAPNetconsultant.b. In process by SAP is where anSAPNet consultant is working onyour message.c. Inquiry from SAP is where theSAPNet consultant has a questionfor you. To resolve the problem, youneed to respond in a timely manner.d. Solution proposed by SAP is where theSAPNet consultant has proposedwhat they feel is a solution to yourmessage.2.
